Tell me more about that.
How did you learn that?
What do you think about that?
What are you learning about yourself?
What's working in your life? What's not?
Where will that lead you?
What excites you?
What is your next step?
What do you value?
How will you approach this situation or this person
How will that change you?
What are you good at? What are you not good at?
What is good about your strengths?
How do you think you will handle your weaknesses?
Do you have people in your life that ask these kinds of questions? Do you ask these kinds of questions?
Imagine if your friends asked questions like these. How would you feel? Imagine if your parents asked you these questions when you were a teen. How would your life be different? And how would that have changed your relationship with them?
The power of these types of questions get us to think, and they shape our lives differently.
Listen to the my podcast, Asking Questions, to learn more and how asking our teens these questions will have a powerful influence in their lives.
