The Power Of Sleep (Part 2)

Breaking up is hard to do - especially when it comes to bad habits.  I'm guessing your teen might have a few.  I know mine does! 

Most teens have an evening routine that they settle into and more often than not, it involves some bad habits.  So, what causes bad habits and how are they formed?

Also, have you noticed your kid complaining of headaches or even experiencing migraines?  Did you know that sleep can be a factor when it comes to these health issues?  

In part 2 of my interview with Alex Wanee, a health and performance coach who owns APEX Fit Solutions, we discuss habits, how they relate to sleep and how they can affect your teen.  We'll discuss the 3 areas to look at when it comes to habits.
